Hey, in celebration of the new umpteenth greatest hits album from Bob Dylan, you can place your own messages on the signs from his Subterranean Homesick Blues film (which may qualify as one of the first music videos ever). It's pretty cool...check it here.
And while you're at it, check out the upcoming Todd Haynes Dylan film "I'm Not There" (mentioned in an earlier post), in which six different actors, including Richard Gere, a 13-year-old African-American boy, Marcus Carl Franklin, and an Australian woman, Cate Blanchett, all play Dylan at different times of his life. There's an interesting variety of opinions on this one before it even opens; here's the NYT viewpoint.

I can see why they cast a female to play him. His mannerisms in that film are a bit girlish.
